2. Placing an Order

• Orders can be placed either through a registered account or as a guest.
• An order is considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed. Until then, it remains a request.
• Upon confirmation, you will receive a notification via email and SMS.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
  • The product is out of stock;
  • The price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious technical error;
  • The order appears to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
• In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued, and our representative will contact you.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include VAT.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Discounts and special offers are valid for the specified duration or while supplies last.

4. Payment

• Available payment methods are displayed on the Checkout page.
• Credit/debit card payments are processed via a secure bank payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times, coverage zones, and shipping rates are detailed on the “Shipping & Payment” page.
• Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, public holidays, or courier overload).

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Return and exchange policies are fully outlined on the “Return Policy” page.
• Please note that hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are activated upon payment confirmation, and the unique code is sent to the recipient.
• Gift codes can be redeemed at checkout; any remaining balance can be applied toward future orders.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Product Authenticity & Disclaimer

• We sell only 100% authentic products.
• Packaging and design may vary from the images shown on the website if the manufacturer updates them.
• Please review the ingredient list prior to using any cosmetic product. In case of an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Information provided on the website does not substitute professional medical advice.

9. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please change your password immediately and inform us.
