Return and exchange conditions
Product returns or exchanges are only possible in the case of a manufacturing defect and the presence of a payment receipt, and no later than 3 (three) calendar days from the date of product delivery.
In other cases, returning or exchanging the product is not possible.
The product must be returned to the customer immediately, no later than 5 (five) calendar days from the date of registration of the return request.
Additionally, the seller is not responsible for any individual intolerance (allergy) to any component of the product.
